After a thorough review of our freight service providers in April 2007, I transferred all of our UK despatched supplies to Huelin Renouf.
As well as looking for a proposal of a quality of service, cost efficiency was also paramount to what our company needed. Theses cost savings were evident in Mike and Rosie's proposals, but an offer of a level of service that a company can deliver is only someone's promise and needs to be backed up and delivered.
Nearly two years on, the simple answer is that our expectations, and their promises have been surpassed, and the move to them was proven to be a commercially beneficial one.
The service delivered, from administration right through to the warehousing, is of a high standard with excellent communication and reliable deliveries. Huelin Renouf's personal, but professional service and approach to business is one to be applauded and appreciated.
