Useful and important information that may help when arranging your shipment
GST on my shipment?
Once your goods have arrived in Jersey they may be held by Customs pending a GST (Goods * Service Tax) declaration and payment.
If you are not registered with Customs our local office will call to give you a "CLC Number" which Jersey Customs will require, along with the value of the goods and freight costs. Call Customs on 48000 or visit the Jersey Customs Website , where you may be able to enter this information and free your consignment for delivery.
The value of the goods should be on your invoice or available from your supplier. If we have issued you with a quotation this can be used for the Value of the freight. If not, please call and we will be happy to provide you with this information.
