How do I deal with GST for my shipment?
Once your goods have arrived in Jersey they might be held by Customs pending a GST declaration.
If you are not registered with Customs our local office will call to give you a "CLC Number". You will then need to go onto the Jersey Customs Website , where you can enter this CLC Number to declare the' Value of the Goods Themselves' and ‘Declare the Value of the Freight'.
The value of the goods should be on your invoice or alternatively contact your supplier. If we have issued you with a quotation this can be used for the Value of the freight. If not, please call us on 01534 825630 and we will be happy to provide you with this information.
